AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
Treatment is based on the tenets of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Therapy sessions often involve identifying thoughts that amplify painful emotions, building the psychological flexibility to adapt to challenging situations, and clarifying personal values and goals. Ideally, the techniques learned in counseling will become lifelong skills for promoting psychological wellbeing.
PRICING
