INDIVIDUALIZED
Evaluations are about more than a diagnosis. They are designed to yield treatment recommendations and school accommodations that will help students reach their full potential.

TYPES OF TESTING

  • ADHD: Evaluations for students who have problems with focus, organization, impulsivity, or hyperactivity.

  • Dyslexia: Evaluations for students who have trouble with spelling, reading accurately or efficiently, or comprehending what is read.

​

  • Dysgraphia: Evaluations for students who have trouble writing legibly, writing efficiently, or expressing themselves in writing.

 

  • Dyscalculia: Evaluations for students who have trouble with math.

​

  • Gifted Intellectual Functioning: Evaluations for students who may have high IQ

 

  • Aspergers/Autism: Evaluations for students who have social difficulties, rigid behaviors, narrow or unusual interests, or other signs of autism 

THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Evaluations include a 60-90 minute clinical interview, about six hours of face-to-face testing, and a 90-minute meeting to review the results. Teachers and parents are also given rating scales to complete as part of the evaluation. A report detailing the results, treatment recommendations, and suggested school accommodations is provided. Evaluations cost $2250. IQ testing costs $600.
